pull / push
   Apparue en 1996, la technologie "pull" permet à l’usager de recevoir des informations automatiquement sélectionnées en fonction de ses centres d’intérêt (pull signifiant "pousser"), contrairement à la démarche habituelle jusque-là, la technologie "push", qui consiste à aller chercher directement sur le web les informations souhaitées (push signifiant “tirer”).
